Kaizendo Fitness is a modern, non-competitive kickboxing programme. It combines the benefits of resistance training, flexibility and self defence as well as the holistic benefits of Tai Chi.

 

Meaning “The way of constant and never ending improvement, ” Kaizendo promotes a balanced and spiritual philosophy, expanding our potential through enjoyable and healthy exercise. It is based on the traditional martial art values of humility, gratitude and respect.
