  • "My fitness level has increased and a prime example of this is that in February 2011 I had to undergo a very intensive Medical for the Fire Service as I am a retained member of Mallow Fire Brigade. The Medicals are held every two years and part of the Medical involves doing a "step test" which is a very strenuous and physical test to monitor your heart beat under pressure. The last number of times I did the "step test" I didn't do very well, however, this year when I did it I did very well which totally surprised me. The Medical Team doing this test questioned me as to what exercise I was involved in as my level of fitness was so good. I told them of my involvement in Kaizendo Fitness and the exercises involved and they pinpointed this as the reason why I passed the "step test", I did very well compared to the other members of the Fire Service which proved the point that at 50 I was still able to pass the test, which I attribute to my involvement in Kaizendo Fitness."

  • With 2 young children, a demanding job and very little time to myself, I need a workout that gives me results in the minimum time.  I attend 2 one hour Kaizendo classes weekly.  The trainers are very encouraging and place huge emphasis on acknowledging your effort and not just ability. I would say that my fitness has dramatically improved since I started the training.  I find that my energy levels and stamina have never been better. However, it is the stress relief and fun I get from each class that keeps me coming back for more.”
