A Typical Kaizendo Fitness Class

A new member will normally do a class geared to beginners only if they are relatively unfit. So don’t worry if you are out of shape.

The class duration times are 50 to 60 minutes and as a beginner you ease into exercise gently, especially if you haven't exercised for a long time.

A typical class will begin with a thorough warm-up and an introduction of the basic elements of boxing. The exercises can also incorporate some weight training together with other aerobic fitness activities which will help with weight loss and toning. You will spend time doing the basics, learn how to hold and hit pads effectively, stretch safely and relax with elements of Tai Chi & Chi Gong.

This modern martial art fitness system is for any adult, any shape or weight and you don't have to be fit or flexible to start. You will have so much fun you won't even be aware of how much you are exercising!
