These You Tube images are of the more advanced students, but remember, our beginner specific classes will start you off slowly and you will progress at a gradual pace.

Members generally meet once a week to enjoy this stress busting workout. Kaizendo, developed by Master Frank Murphy offers a unique, effective workout which blends martial arts fitness exercises, boxing drills and resistance training in a safe, non-competitive environment. You don't have to be fit to start and many find this work-out simple and easy to follow.
